TRACK 1: SELF-LEADERSHIP™
Four Weeks. Eleven Inner Powers. A Foundation for Life.
Track 1 is much more than a public speaking class. It is a transformational four-week experience that equips young people with confidence, communication, self-awareness, and leadership skills for life.
Week 1 — Know Yourself to Lead Yourself
Discover Your Voice. Build Your Confidence.
- Explore the first three of the 11 Inner Powers™: Trust Your Voice, Observe Your Thoughts, and Direct Your Imagination.
- Learn public speaking fundamentals, including body language, vocal delivery, stage presence, and overcoming nervousness.
- Deliver your first introduction and begin building the confidence to own the room.
Week 2 — Develop Your Confidence & Communication
Find Your Voice. Strengthen Your Presence.
- Explore emotional intelligence, protecting your energy, nurturing creativity, and managing your time.
- Develop vocal variety, audience connection, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Deliver your first Teach-Back™ Presentation, putting new skills into action.
Week 3 — Discover Your Purpose & Leadership Potential
Make Intentional Choices. Discover Your Gifts.
- Explore the final four Inner Powers™, focusing on choices, behaviors, connecting with your higher self, and honoring your purpose.
- Discover your natural strengths, personal motivations, and the unique qualities that shape your leadership identity.
- Strengthen your presentation skills and prepare a personal Purpose Presentation.
Week 4 — Own Your Voice & Celebrate Your Growth
Step Into Your Confidence. Lead Your Future.
- Bring together all 11 Inner Powers™ and the communication and leadership skills developed throughout the program.
- Deliver your final Purpose Presentation, demonstrating growth in confidence, communication, and stage presence.
- Celebrate with a Speak & Lead™ Certification Ceremony, personal acceptance speech, and recognition of your accomplishments.

Join us for a complimentary evening where parents and teens discover the Speak & Lead™ program, meet the founders, and see firsthand how we build confident, communicative young leaders. Teens are welcome!

Self-Leadership 4-Week Certification Course
A transformative four-week journey where students build lasting self-leadership and communication skills — and graduate as Speak & Lead™ Certified Leaders.

Lead others, build influence, master communication and presence, navigate conflict and change, and learn how to positively impact the people around you.
- Must attend TRACK 1 to register for this course

Mastering Leadership
The capstone track in the Speak & Lead™ journey — the final step before taking the big stage at Speak & Lead LIVE.

- Completes the full Speak & Lead™ certification pathway
- Must complete Tracks 1 & 2
Speak & Lead LIVE — Inaugural Event
Complete all three Tracks and earn your place on the big stage at our inaugural Speak & Lead LIVE event — a celebration of every student's growth, voice, and leadership journey.
